Central Vacuum Systems

Central Vacuum Systems from Becker Pumps in Mexico distributed exclusively by BRB del Norte SA de CV Reduce Operating Costs

In today’s volatile economic landscape, manufacturers, understandably, need to control operating expenses as best they can. When compared to multiple pumps and pump locations, a centralized vacuum system can be part of the answer.

One Pump Saves Time and Money

The most direct way a central vacuum system helps cut operating costs is through streamlined maintenance. One pump means personnel only have to perform routine maintenance on one pump, instead of on many small pumps.  As a result, the amount of time needed to perform such checks and tune ups is reduced.  In addition, personnel typically perform more thorough maintenance because they feel they can easily manage it.  In turn, better maintained pumps equates to greater pump longevity. Your facility is less likely to suffer pump failure and the resulting costly repairs, too.  Clearly, the benefits of going from many pumps to one saves expenses tremendously.

Backup Pump Means Continuous Operation

As anyone who has worked with a multi-pump system before can attest to, one pump’s failure usually means downtime for all.  Indeed, in such set ups, production must stop until another pump can replace the failed pump.  We’ve eliminated with issue with our centralized vacuum systems.  Our systems includes a reserve pump which comes on stream automatically in the event of primary pump failure. As a result, your facility enjoy continuous operation while the primary pump issue gets resolved.

Cool, Quiet Operation Means Improved Work Environment

As the name implies, a centralized vacuum system puts the pump and its maintenance needs all in one central location.  For most facilities, this means it can be placed away from employees’ main work space. Thus, such a centralized system keeps the heat and noise associated with vacuum pumps from impacting the work environment. In addition, because any water and oil the system needs can be confined to one central place, spills and slips are less likely to occur.  A quieter, cooler, and cleaner work environment is a win for all involved.

Central Vacuum Systems Work for Many Industries

At Becker Pumps in Mexico distributed exclusively by BRB del Norte SA de CV, we offer pumps and systems with different air flow ratings, maximum vacuum capabilities, and motor strengths, so they can fit your facility.  If  none of our standard models will fit your needs, our engineers can work with you to customize a central vacuum system for your industry.  With all of these options, it’s not surprising that our systems work successfully in the following applications:

  • medical
  • woodworking
  • CNC Routers
  • laboratory
  • industrial

Four Series of Centralized Vacuum Systems Featuring Oil less and Oil-Flooded Options

1. Advantage-D Oil-less Central Vacuum Systems by Becker Pumps in Mexico distributed exclusively by BRB del Norte SA de CV

Our Advantage-D systems are 100% oil-less, dry central vacuum systems.  Common applications include medical, surgical, and general industrial applications. These systems are ideal for those applications which require operating vacuum levels ranging from atmosphere to as high as 27” Hg.

2. Advantage-L Oil-Flooded Central Vacuum Systems  by Becker Pumps in Mexico distributed exclusively by BRB del Norte SA de CV

When your facility requires a compact design, our Advantage-L models are likely the answer. In most cases, these systems fit through a 36” doorway. Like our Advantage-D model, these systems work in both medical and industrial applications.

3. Advantage-P Auto-Purge Laboratory Vacuum Systems by Becker Pumps in Mexico distributed exclusively by BRB del Norte SA de CV

Our Advantage-P laboratory central vacuum systems have all the same features of our Advantage-L system.  They have an important addition, however. These systems include an auto-purge function. This function allows the pumps to purge any remaining gases when shutting down. As a result, the auto-purge function prevents corrosion and enhances safety.

4. Advantage-W Vacuum Systems for Woodworking and CNC Routers by Becker Pumps in Mexico distributed exclusively by BRB del Norte SA de CV

Our engineers specifically designed our Advantage-W industrial central vacuum systems to meet the requirements of manufacturers that use vacuum hold-down for router tables in the woodworking and thermoforming industries.
